What are they made out of?

They are steamed buns and I think they’re made with a light type of bread and have a coconut or red bean filling. They probably also contain plenty of E numbers, but can’t be sure, I couldn’t read the packaging cause my chinese is a little ropey…

They look like those steamed dumplings only not steamed. If so they are made out of rice flour.
