This sweet little bird left a little comment on my previous post I simply had to respond to.
And once a block of puff-pastry is defrosted you have to use it all.
So I made two upside down apple tarts and one tiny normal apple tart with sultanas and spice, plus a pastry-case to fill with something savoury for tonight’s dinner.
And not being one for throwing anything away I even made some cheese snacks with Marmite and Parmesan with all the remnant scraps of pastry. Now I wish I had someone coming round for a cuppa tea though… tarts should really be shared around!
