I have started preparing a winter workshop, and have been furiously cutting paper snowflakes all day…and I’m finding it difficult to stop. It turns out to be an almost addictive pursuit, especially the laminating is the icing on the cake!

it truly is addictive isn’t it. i must have literally 1000’s in varying stages of crispness and decay (unlaminated). I got particularly carried away 3 years ago when I threw and Alpine party and wanted them over all the walls and hanging all over the ceiling. Your laminated pile is gorgeous, and presumably it removes that inevitable yet somehow unavoidable moment when you realise you shouldn’t have opened the window on such a windy day! Often wish there was a video camera running as, my panic aside, it looks quite lovely to watch the entire pile take flight across the room landing on furniture, plants and pets.
